Responsibilities

• Wows customers with personal, friendly service and fast checkout.
• Trains crew on customer service and adherence to SOPs.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and stocking.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed; manages operations and staff.
• Opens/closes store; secures cash and sets alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service.
• Partners with leadership on merchandising and store recovery.
• Performs general maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
