Job summary

POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at Streets at Southpoint to lead the team and deliver a premium customer experience. You will supervise daily store operations, coach Brand Associates and Sales Leads, and partner with the Store Manager to drive sales and uphold POP MART brand standards.

You will manage onboarding, training, and performance development while overseeing inventory, merchandising, and loss prevention, serving as Manager on Duty when needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, safety and compliance.
• Coach Brand Associates and Sales Leads to deliver exceptional customer experiences and KPIs.
• Drive sales performance by implementing action plans and promoting product launches.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, inventory accuracy, and cycle counts.
• Support onboarding, training, and performance development of new team members.
