Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Retail Sales Lead at The Mall at Rockingham. As a Leader on Duty, you will guide the sales team, ensure operational excellence, and drive an engaging customer experience that showcases POP MART’s brand and product stories.

You will oversee daily store operations, coach associates, handle POS activities, and contribute to inventory and merchandising efforts while maintaining a high-energy store environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; previous leadership, keyholder, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading by example.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and inspire a customer-first culture.
• Serve as the Leader on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Coach, motivate, and support Sales Associates to achieve individual and store performance goals.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers by sharing POP MART's artists, characters, and exclusives.
