The role involves unloading trucks, stocking, and executing plan-o-gram guidance in a fast-paced retail environment. As the lead in absence of Store Manager, you will ensure checkout efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction while upholding company procedures and loss prevention practices.

Qualifications

• Strong math skills for transactions and discounts.
• Experience handling cash, deposits, and reconciliations.
• Ability to operate a cash register and card scanner accurately.
• Knowledge of safety policies and loss prevention practices.
• Effective verbal and written communication with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to read and follow plan-o-gram and display guidance.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks following store procedures.
• Receive, open, and unpack cartons and totes per process.
• Stock, rotate, and face merchandise; build displays.
• Restock returned and recovered merchandise.
• Order zones and drops per store direction.
• Assist in plan-o-gram implementation and maintenance.
• Help customers locate merchandise in the store.
• Maintain clean store areas and assist with front-end setup.
