Job summary

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, keeping floors organized, and communicating upcoming events and rewards programs to customers. This role emphasizes ownership, adaptability, and a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist managers with daily store operations and open/close routines.
• Lead by example and exceed personal and company goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support employees through training and coaching on standards and processes.
• Share information about events, Nordstrom Rewards, and mailing list to customers.
• Maintain organized selling floors and stockrooms; accurately ticket merchandise.
