Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, efficient customer service.
• Ability to assist customers across in-store, online and mobile platforms.
• Flexibility to work in different areas of the store to maintain cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities

• Keep the sales floor runway ready through re-merchandising and straightening.
• Assist customers at cashier stations with a variety of transactions.
• Provide a smooth fitting room experience and assist customers with fitting rooms.
• Maintain clean, organized stockrooms and ensure merchandise is properly checked in and ticketed.
• Demonstrate proficiency with technologies used in the store environment.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise and asset protection standards and promote Nordstrom Rewards.
