Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a qualified team member to help open and close the store when management is not present, handling cash and ensuring readiness of the floor and stock room for the day. You will support delivery access and maintain store systems, while delivering a distinctive customer experience.

You will interact with customers, resolve issues, and assist with inventory and pricing tasks, staying compliant with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including cash handling and system start‑ups.
• Complete product returns, refunds, cash drops, and change for registers; assist with back‑door deliveries.
• Provide exceptional customer service and model best practices for a distinctive Walgreens experience.
• Assist with inventory, pricing, and store displays; maintain accurate counts and signage per policies.
• Support pharmacy operations at the window as requested and ensure regulatory compliance for materials and products.
