Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and related experience.
• At least 1 year sales, customer service or cash handling experience.
• Strong customer service, active listening and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product options and meet needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or district director when needed.
• Answer telephone inquiries and assist applications.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy and collection calls per regulations.
• Process transactions accurately per policy (loans, check cashing, Net Spend).
• Handle cash and balance receipts; assist with deposits.
