Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in technology systems, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to lead store staff to meet sales, service and operational goals.
• Coach and develop team to create an engaging selling environment.
• Ensure operational excellence when manager on duty and open/close store as assigned.
• Support store programs to increase efficiencies in sales, service, operations, and branding.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and contribute to a high Net Promoter Score.
