Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to train and develop high performing store teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to coach and develop the sales team.
• Lead as manager on duty to meet sales, service and operational goals.
• Ensure brand standards and customer experience are consistently delivered.
• Recruit, train and develop store staff in an inclusive environment.
• Utilize store reports to drive decision-making and performance.
