Job summary

The Children's Place in Franklin, Tennessee seeks a Store Lead to support the Store Leadership Team by handling cash-wrap operations, opening and closing procedures, and acting as Leader on Duty. You will uphold brand standards and deliver a superior shopping experience for customers.

You will coach and develop associates, partner with the Store Manager on performance and training initiatives, manage payroll, schedules, and maintain a clean stockroom and safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years retail experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coaching associates with in-the-moment feedback.
• Partner with Store Manager to address performance concerns.
• Support company training and development initiatives.
• Maintain brand standards and a positive store environment.
• Lead in the Leader on Duty program to drive store profitability.
• Process payroll weekly and modify schedules as needed.
• Keep stockroom clean, organized and compliant with safety policies.
