Job summary

TD Bank US is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Scotch Plains, NJ to lead a team delivering TD’s model of convenience, sales and advice. The role focuses on growing customer relationships and delivering a personalized, connected experience in a store setting.

Ideal candidates will have an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, 2+ years in customer-facing or sales roles, and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience working with customers and or sales in any capacity or equivalent.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide Legendary Customer Service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales and Operational Management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Previous consumer and residential lending experience preferred.
• Notary License (Preferred).
• Must maintain an active registration status with NMLS upon hire.

• Provides day-to-day team leadership and direction to ensure compliant, efficient service and advice.
• Oversees complex sales and advice activities across multiple systems and partners.
• Delivers end-to-end advice and tools for financial management to help customers meet goals.
• Drives advisory behaviors and coaching to exceed customer expectations.
• Connects with customers, prospects and referrals to generate opportunities.
