Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience working with customers and/or sales in any capacity.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide Legendary Customer Service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales and Operational Management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Notary License (Preferred)
• Must maintain an active NMLS registration to discuss loan products.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver legendary customer and colleague experience while meeting performance goals.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction for personalized service and advice while ensuring compliance.
• Coach advisory team on advice giving strategies and product knowledge for complex needs.
• Deliver end-to-end customer advice with real-time insights and referrals.
• Drive community engagement and TD Brand promotion.
