Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Northwest North Carolina is seeking Lead Associates to provide store leadership in the absence of the Store Manager, delivering friendly customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include closing the store, reconciling cash, preparing daily sales records, handling donations, pricing, stocking, and textile tagging, with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Lead or supervisory experience required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily sales records and opening/closing reports.
• Receive, price, and stock donations.
