Job summary

Shoe Show Inc. is seeking an experienced Keyholder for SHOE DEPT. #1328 in Prairie du Chien, WI. The role focuses on guiding staff and delivering exceptional customer service in a busy footwear retail environment.

You will support store operations, assist with opening/closing, cash handling, and merchandising while promoting sales and brand loyalty. Prior supervisory experience and availability across varied hours, including weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• One year prior management/supervisory skills.
• One year retail experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Passion for excellent customer service.
• Availability including AM/PM and weekends.
• Ability to operate company computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading store team to deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service.
• Open/close store, handle cash, deposits, and prepare sales floor daily. Manage staffing, sales, cashiering, stocking and product transfers.
