Job summary

SHOE SHOW, INC., the country's largest privately held footwear retailer, seeks an experienced Keyholder for SHOE DEPT. #888 in NATCHITOCHES, LA. Local candidates are encouraged to apply and help lead the store team.

You will support the Store Manager by opening and closing, handling registers, counting cash, preparing the sales floor, and ensuring clean, organized presentation. Duties include supervision, stocking, promotions, and promoting excellent customer service to drive sales.

Qualifications

• One year of management or supervisory experience.
• One year of retail experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Passion for excellent customer service.
• Availability for varied hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, manage registers, count cash and deposits.
• Prepare the sales floor for customers and ensure floor coverage.
• Support staffing decisions and assist in sales, cashiering, stocking.
• Tag merchandise, apply promotions and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Engage customers to promote sales and brand loyalty.
