• Available various hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top management and sales talent.
• Training from the Store Manager includes product knowledge, customer service, and store operations.
• Set KPI goals, measure performance, and provide feedback to all levels of the store team.
• Create a monthly schedule ensuring balanced staffing to cover all business needs.
• Oversee merchandise processing and maintain stock room efficiency and organization.
• Direct and implement SHOE SHOW, INC. strategies, promotions, and directives promptly.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
