Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Mississippi LLC invites you to join our team in Mississippi. You will deliver exceptional customer service, assist customers with merchandise, and complete sales efficiently at the register.

You’ll help keep the store well-stocked, support deliveries and replenishment, and assist with daily operations under supervision. In this role you may open or close the store, manage store conditions, and assist cashiers as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection and location.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store and assist with inventory.
• Support deliveries, replenishment, and store operations as needed.
• Open/close duties in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures and protect assets.
