Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a friendly Customer Service Associate II to join our team in Washington, PA. You’ll help create an inviting shopping experience while supporting daily store operations and customer service.

As part of your role, you’ll assist with merchandising, stock shelves, handle cash at the front end, and maintain a clean, safe store environment. Prior retail or service experience is preferred, and a high school diploma is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or customer service experience highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities
