Family Dollar in Spurger, TX is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate II. You will assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, stocking, cleaning, and supporting customers. You will be cross-trained to support the cash register and switch to front-end duties as needed.

The role emphasizes safety, friendly interactions, and accurate cash handling. Candidates should have retail or customer service experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and climbing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Merchandise and stock as needed to maintain store appearance.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and public areas.
• Assist with transactions at the cash register and ensure cash security.
• Promote a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
