Job summary

Family Dollar in Milan, Indiana is seeking a part-time associate to provide exceptional customer service, greet shoppers, assist with merchandise, and complete sales transactions.

You will help with store operations, inventory, stocking, opening/closing duties when needed, and support the store team while upholding company policies.

The role requires flexible availability, physical ability to lift up to 40–55 lbs, and prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team.
• Experience handling sales transactions with a POS system.

Responsibilities
