Job summary

Family Dollar in Gary, Indiana is seeking an energetic team member to greet customers, help with merchandise, and process sales at the register. You will support store operations, assist the Store Manager with daily tasks, maintain inventory, unload deliveries, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and welcoming for guests.

Candidates should be able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; prefer high school completion; prior retail or grocery experience is

Qualifications

• Polished customer service skills and positive attitude.
• Ability to read, interpret and explain operational directives.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and occasionally up to 55 lbs.

Responsibilities
