Job summary

Family Dollar in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Part-time Third Keyholder to support store operations. You will greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, manage transactions, and help with inventory and deliveries.

You will back up the Store Manager, open/close duties, maintain store appearance, and ensure accuracy of cash handling. This role requires flexible hours, good communication, and a customer-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred, especially in grocery/discount stores.
• Availability to work flexible days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Handle transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain clean, stocked shelves and assist with deliveries and replenishment.
• Open/close store operations in absence of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Support inventory control and asset protection.
