Job summary

The Normal Brand in Downtown Nashville is seeking a Full Time Key Holder to join our flagship store. Lead by example, greet guests, and drive daily operations with friendly, proactive service and suggestive selling.

This role is 32–40 hours per week, with increased hours during peak times. You’ll support events, stock replenishment, opening/closing duties, and work in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include hourly pay, bonuses, employee discount, and growth potential.

• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• Eager to learn through feedback and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and warm welcome.
• Know your customer to suggestive sell to lifestyle and events.
• Lead the team in sales through example of suggestive selling.
• Replenish sales floor as needed and maintain store cleanliness.
• Promote a safe and clean environment for customers and staff.
• Help with event planning and promotion of the store.
• Recruit candidates through social accounts and in-store.
• Store opening and closing responsibilities.
