BevMo! by Gopuff is seeking a qualified Key Holder to support Retail Operations. The role covers opening and closing the store, assisting during high-volume periods, and mentoring new employees to ensure excellent customer service and steady sales growth.

The position requires leadership experience in retail, flexible scheduling, and the ability to handle cash accurately. Physical duties include lifting up to 49 pounds and maintaining store standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or equivalent.
• Available for peak hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills and cash-handling proficiency.
• Team-oriented mentality.
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and informing them about products.
• Open and close the store, and support management in their absence.
• Assist with inventory, restocking, and loss prevention.
• Process cash transactions and manage tills.
• Train new employees on procedures and product knowledge.
• Operate scanners and cash registers.
• Follow age verification policies and issue receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness of sales floor and stock areas.
• Monitor for security and prevent theft.
