BevMo! by Gopuff seeks a Key Holder to support Retail Operations. You will open and close the store, assist in high-volume periods, and train new employees while delivering excellent customer service to drive sales.

Qualifications

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail or equivalent.
• Availability during peak hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Strong customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and assist in the absence of management.
• Greet customers and inform them about products and services to drive sales.
• Assist with inventory tasks and stock management.
• Process cash transactions, open/close tills, and deposits.
• Operate scanners and registers and maintain price accuracy.
• Enforce age-verification policies and handle refunds/exchanges.
• Monitor floor to prevent theft and ensure security procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness in sales floor, stock room, and bathrooms.
• Train new employees on procedures and product knowledge.
