Boot Barn in Vallejo, CA is seeking a Key Holder to engage customers and support store leadership. You will lead with a focus on service, product knowledge, and store operations while driving sales and delivering a top-tier in-store experience.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate product knowledge to the customer.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, customer information capture).
• Be informed on current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, displays, sales setup, and store housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
• Accurately complete all sales transactions and manage cash/media at POS.
• Develop skills and improve metrics by partnering with store leadership.
• Complete opening and closing procedures per company standards and Time & Attendance policies.
• Adhere to all laws and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate high quality work, attendance and appearance.
