Job summary

Boot Barn in Eureka, CA is seeking a Part-time Key Holder to engage customers, deliver an exceptional in-store experience, and support store leadership. You will become an expert in product categories, assist with merchandising, and help drive sales goals while maintaining POS accuracy.

The role emphasizes teamwork, training, and operational procedures, with opportunities for growth as Boot Barn expands its stores. 1–2 years retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate product knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals, including UPT, ADT, add-ons and data capture.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, displays and housekeeping.
• Complete all sales transactions accurately at POS and handle cash/media accountability.
