Portland Leather Goods is seeking a confident Store Key Holder at our Assembly Row location in Somerville, MA. You will lead a team, guide customer interactions, and ensure the store runs smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of service and product knowledge.

You will manage opening/closing, assist with inventory, handle transactions, and help guests with promotions and loyalty programs. Join a fast-paced, customer-obsessed team dedicated to quality and care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a leadership or key holder role.
• Minimum 2 years in retail, store operations, and customer experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash and POS systems accurately.
• Familiarity with POS systems; Shopify experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties and secure the store.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and provide an exceptional experience.
• Keep sales floor, backroom, and checkout areas organized and merchandised.
• Assist with inventory activities: receiving, stocking, replenishment.
• Support promotions and loyalty programs to aid sales goals.
• Lead on duty when management is absent and train new associates.
