Portland Leather Goods is seeking an energetic Retail Assistant Store Manager for Assembly Row, Somerville, MA. You will support the Store Manager, lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, and coordinate daily store operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in retail, 2 years in a managerial role, solid POS experience (Shopify a plus), and a talent for building a positive, inclusive team. Weekend availability and flexibility are required.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years experience in retail, store operations and customer experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a retail managerial role.
• Familiarity with POS systems; Shopify a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example in providing exemplary customer service.
• Assist in organizing and planning strategy for smooth retail operations.
• Coordinate day-to-day store activities and schedules.
• Hire, mentor and retain retail staff; support events and promotions.
