Job summary

Portland Leather Goods is seeking a Store Key Holder at our new Tuscan Village location in Salem, NH. You will lead the team, deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and ensure smooth store operations across sales floor, backroom, and checkout areas.

You will mentor others, handle opening/closing duties, and support inventory while upholding our values of integrity, empathy, and respect. Weekend availability is a plus, and growth opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience in leadership or key holder positions.
• 2+ years in retail, store operations, and customer experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open/close duties, including securing the store, managing alarms, and preparing registers.
• Create lasting relationships and memorable experiences with customers.
• Ensure the sales floor, backroom, and checkout areas are organized, clean, and merchandised per company standards.
• Assist with inventory processes, including receiving, stocking, and replenishment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product selection, and resolving concerns.
• Lead on duty when store management is not present; train new associates.
