• Provides omni-channel shopping experience using MPOS/POS and curbside pickup
• Leads by example as floor service leader and communicates daily sales goals
• Shares product knowledge and brand messaging with the team
• Supports shipment processing, restocking, and display standards
• Ensures safety, inventory accuracy and policy compliance
• Onboards and trains new hires and provides feedback to leadership
• Participates in daily meetings and store initiatives
