Marshalls at TJX Companies is seeking a Key Carrier to provide leadership on the sales floor. This role alternates with Coordinator duties, requiring open availability including nights and weekends, and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

As a frontline leader, you will coach Associates, manage coverage, and uphold company policies while ensuring store operations run smoothly and safely.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience with at least 6 months leadership experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of company software, systems, and procedures.
• Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores.
• Proven problem solving and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Act as Manager on Duty and adhere to company policies.
• Ensure store tasks align with the store plan and priorities.
• Coach Associates and provide progress updates to management.
• Maintain accurate coverage and adherence to procedures.
• Lead with safety, labor laws, and program compliance.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and shrink reduction goals.
• Open and close store procedures per guidelines.
