Job summary

Marshalls, part of the TJX Companies family, is seeking a Key Carrier to support store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will alternate between Coordinator and Key Carrier roles, lead as Manager on Duty when needed, and ensure exceptional customer service alongside adherence to all store policies.

Ideal candidates are available nights and weekends, possess strong communication skills, and can coach teammates while maintaining schedule coverage and safe store operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Maintains accurate Associate coverage in service areas for a positive customer experience
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines
• Communicates priorities and provides progress updates to management and Associates
• Provides coaching and feedback to Associates
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs
