Qualifications

• 1+ years troubleshooting hardware, repairs, and maintenance.
• Valid driver's license with no major violations.
• Willingness to travel frequently between CVS Pharmacy locations within Reading, PA.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work on ladders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Travel between CVS Pharmacy locations to provide on-site technical support and maintenance.
• Deliver hands-on support for POS systems, pharmacy systems, and store technology.
• Perform preventative maintenance, software updates, hardware upgrades, and replacements.
• Install and integrate new technology in stores, including POS terminals and network connectivity.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues on-site and document service calls.
• Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service to store colleagues during troubleshooting.
• Manage inventory of IT parts and tools, track stock, and place orders as needed.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to urgent service needs.
