Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, repairs, and maintenance.
• Valid driver's license with no major violations.
• Willingness to travel frequently between CVS Pharmacy locations within Lansing MI Metro Market.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and occasionally work on ladders.

Responsibilities

• Travel between CVS Pharmacy locations to provide on-site technical support and maintenance.
• Support POS, pharmacy systems, photo kiosks, and inventory management systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, software updates, hardware upgrades, and equipment replacements.
• Install and integrate new store technology, including POS terminals and network connectivity.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues on-site and identify root causes.
• Maintain documentation of service calls, installations, repairs and maintenance.
• Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and resolve issues as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to store colleagues during troubleshooting.
• Manage inventory of IT parts and tools, track stock and place orders.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for urgent service needs.
