Job summary

CVS Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide on-site technical support to CVS Pharmacy locations, traveling between stores to maintain and repair computer systems, hardware, and store technology.

You will support POS and pharmacy systems, install and configure POS terminals, work with remote IT teams, and maintain accurate service records while delivering excellent in-store customer service.

Qualifications

1+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, repairs, and maintenance.
Valid driver’s license with no major violations.
Willingness to travel frequently between CVS Pharmacy locations in Phoenix, AZ.
Ability to lift 75 lbs and work on ladders.
Availability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Travel between CVS Pharmacy locations to provide on-site technical support.
Maintain and repair POS, pharmacy, and store technology.
Perform preventative maintenance and hardware upgrades.
Install and configure POS terminals and network connectivity.
Collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues.
Maintain service records and inventory.
