Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide on-site technical support across CVS Pharmacy locations in Southwest Connecticut. You will travel between stores to maintain POS, pharmacy systems, and store technology, diagnosing issues and performing preventive maintenance.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of hardware troubleshooting experience, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Valid driver's license with no major violations.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Southwest Connecticut (Westport-Ansonia) and reside in the service area.
• Availability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Travel between CVS Pharmacy locations to provide on-site support.
• Support POS, pharmacy systems, kiosks, and inventory management.
• Perform preventive maintenance, software updates, and hardware upgrades.
• Install and configure POS terminals and network connectivity.
• Document service calls and maintain accurate records.
