T-Mobile is hiring Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to act as the face of the brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, educate on benefits, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes high-energy interactions, continuous learning, and delivering outstanding customer experiences while supporting both new and existing customers. On-the-job training leads to growth opportunities and potential incentive targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 0.5 year of customer service and/or sales experience in retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

Responsabilités

• Complete store-in-store training on products, processes, and systems to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
