Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless solutions, and use solution-based selling to meet performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools; educate customers and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate solutions using a consultative selling approach; promote onboarding and self-service tools.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; maintain customer-ready status and uphold security procedures for store access.
• Build relationships with leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
