T-Mobile is hiring for a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to be the face of our brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk. You will engage customers, educate them on products and services, and help drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educate customers on offerings.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, and processes, and use knowledge resources to assist customers.
• Build relationships, drive sales, and ensure a positive customer experience.
