Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate for our Store-in-Store unit. You will engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate them on products and benefits, and help drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong communication, product knowledge, and a collaborative spirit. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and participation in the company’s Total Rewards program, stock grants, and employee stock purchase plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail setting, using digital tools to educate and showcase benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, skills, products, processes, and systems; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Engage customers, attract referrals, and build relationships to drive sales while delivering exceptional service.
