T-Mobile Store-in-Store Mobile Associates are the face of the brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk setting, delivering energy, passion, and expertise to every customer interaction in a fast-paced environment. You’ll educate customers, demonstrate solutions, and showcase the value of T-Mobile’s benefits.

Role emphasizes exceptional service, relationship building, and proactive sales activity to keep customers connected to what matters most.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsabilités

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, using digital tools and educating customers on store-in-store benefits.
• Completes training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems to provide the best customer experience.
• Builds rapport, drives sales activity, follows up with customers, and cultivates relationships with new and existing customers.
