Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate Degree or higher in Human Resources preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing, interview and selection for store roles.
• Oversee onboarding and training to drive engagement and retention.
• Support communication of HR initiatives and policy guidance to team members.
• Provide data reporting and analytics for talent management and rewards.
• Advise leadership on career development resources and development plans.
• Assist with employee relations, investigations and policy adherence.
