Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist staffing, interviewing and selection for store roles and manage applicant tracking.
• Oversee onboarding, orientation and training to drive engagement and retention.
• Provide guidance on career development resources and talent management programs.
• Support leadership with HR policy guidance, investigations and employee relations matters.
• Collaborate with HR Market Manager on projects and HR initiatives.
