Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail or equivalent management experience preferred.
• Strong prioritizing, interpersonal, problem‑solving & planning skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws including compliance with federal, state and local requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex and competing priorities.
• Strong communication, presentation, delegation and follow‑up skills.
• Demonstrated conflict management and resolution skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in training, sales generation and leading of functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business trends and reporting to drive sales.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, provide feedback and manage substandard performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations by role modeling brand standards and Customer First selling behaviors.
• Recruit, hire, develop and retain a high performing associate team.
• Drive KPI results via CRM, Loyalty and technology and manage P&L components.
• Analyze daily sales trends and make real‑time business decisions.
• Train and develop team on business acumen to improve performance.
• Ensure payroll goals and scheduling align with business needs.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure safe store environment.
• Oversee merchandise handling, replenishment and backroom SOPs.
• Execute visual directives and merchandising moves to maximize sales.
