Job summary

Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As a General Manager, you shape our guest experience by coaching your team to deliver Every Guest, Every Time, while exceeding sales targets and maintaining store operations.

You will mentor your Assistant General Manager and lead budgeting, forecasting and reporting to ensure store profitability. You will manage staffing, scheduling, and loss prevention while driving high-performance results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals

Responsibilities

• Talent Management — Selecting, hiring, and developing the best talent
• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team
• Teach, coach, and reinforce our sales process with Every Guest, Every Time
• Own store success and manage staffing, scheduling, and labor controls
• Review key sales and operational metrics daily and take proactive action
• Deliver complete solutions to guests and own all guest escalations
• Build relationships with peer General Managers and district leadership
• Champion new tools and initiatives and drive traffic to the store
• Engage in sales strategy and budgeting/forecasting to showcase products and services
• Lead as a brand advocate and communicate company objectives to the team
