Responsabilidades

• Drive store sales and achieve sales goals.
• Direct and oversee all store sales efforts and training of staff.
• Mentor and cultivate Sales Associates, Assistant Managers, and Managers in Training.
• Monitor store performance, inventory, and expenses to drive profit.
• Coordinate with District Sales Manager on policies and goals.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and brand representation.
