Hibbett, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Louisiana to oversee the store's sales efforts and overall operation. You will lead a team across departments, drive profitability, and uphold company policies while representing the brand in appearance and professionalism.

The role requires a strong focus on customer service, sales strategy execution, and mentoring staff. You will report to the District Sales Manager and coordinate with the Store Support Center to implement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Experience in retail environments, preferably footwear/apparel.
• Experience managing and cultivating a sales team.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience; 3+ years of management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical thinker with business acumen.
• Ability to solve problems and juggle priorities.

Responsabilités

• Drive store sales and sales goals, focusing on company growth.
• Manage and protect store assets and inventory.
• Direct and mentor sales staff in strategies and skills.
• Monitor store sales stats, inventory, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager on policies, goals and procedures.
• Supervise staff to ensure department responsibilities are met.
• Mentor Sales Associates, Assistant Managers, and Managers in Training.
• Handle recruitment, hiring, training, and evaluation; manage payroll and scheduling to meet labor goals.
• Maintain store security and work with Asset Protection to prevent theft.
• Communicate inventory movement and drive inventory goals and strategies.
• Provide information and execute marketing and advertising plans; stay aware of customer trends.
• Keep informed about competition and community events for opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service per the manual and assist customers during peak times.
• Protect company assets and financial information by enforcing internal controls.
