Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Retail experience, footwear/apparel preferred.
• 3-5 years of customer service experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve sales goals.
• Manage and control store assets.
• Direct and oversee all sales efforts in the store.
• Train and mentor sales associates in sales strategies.
• Monitor sales statistics, inventory, and expenses.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager on policies and goals.
• Direct staff to complete department responsibilities.
• Mentor Managers in Training and staff development.
• Handle recruitment, hiring, training, discipline, and evaluation.
• Manage payroll and scheduling to meet labor goals.
• Maintain store security.
• Partner with Asset Protection to prevent theft and shrink.
• Communicate inventory movement to District Manager.
• Drive inventory goals and marketing plan execution.
• Remain aware of competition and community events.
• Provide extraordinary customer service per guidelines.
